JustDial were using Yahoo BizMail for their enterprise messaging requirement. Being on a shared platform, they didn't have any administrative control over mail flow, spam mails & restriction on what employees could communicate via emails. Also the rate at which JustDial was growing made it difficult for them to scale up on the shared messaging platform.
